The Üsküdar branch sits on the Salacak waterfront road, directly across from the Maiden’s Tower. From our tables you see the mouth of the Bosphorus and the Old City skyline (Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapı); the sun sets on the opposite shore — behind Seraglio Point in winter, behind the Beyoğlu hills in summer. How to get there
Boats to the Maiden’s Tower leave from Salacak and Karaköy. Back on the Salacak side, follow the waterfront road; Filizler Üsküdar is at Harem Sahil Yolu Cd. No:61 with the tower straight in front of you.
The tower stands on an islet about 200 m offshore. Filizler Üsküdar sits right on this shore: take your seat and the tower is straight ahead, about 280 m across the water.
Good to know
- In December and January, seen from our tables, the sun sets just to the right of the tower, behind Topkapı Palace. Today’s time: filizler.com/en/maidens-tower-sunset.
- The tower is lit up at night — a second photo moment after dark.
- Reservations are taken only for groups of 10 or more; the dining room is large and walk-ins are always welcome.
