Filizler Köftecisi: branches and guides
Filizler opened in Tuzla in 1994. Today it has three branches on Istanbul’s Asian side: Üsküdar, directly across from the Maiden’s Tower; Pendik, with a spacious room and a large car park; and the original Tuzla branch. Below are the branches, local guides and measured distances.

The Üsküdar branch sits on the Salacak waterfront road, directly across from the Maiden’s Tower. From the tables you see the mouth of the Bosphorus and the Old City skyline (Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapı); the sun sets on the opposite shore — behind Seraglio Point in winter, behind the Beyoğlu hills in summer. The Pendik branch is on Tevfik İleri Street in Fevzi Çakmak. With a large dining room and a big car park it hosts company dinners, engagements, weddings, birthdays and other large gatherings. Breakfast from 08:00; Sabiha Gökçen Airport is about 13 minutes by car.

The Tuzla branch is the original Filizler, opened in 1994. It is by the Tuzla waterfront, about 6 minutes’ walk from the pier and 2 minutes by car from Tuzla Marina and Viaport Marina. The menu centres on köfte and grills.
